We are sector agnostic and looking for small and medium businesses with solid margins. We love investing and buying businesses that are some of the best at what they do and keep their customers coming back for more. This is typically seen in organic sales growth, little to no spending on sales & marketing, and relatively high margins. The longer you have built your brand and the more specific your niche, the more excited we are since we have a stronger base to work from.

Aside from buying businesses, we are also open to partnering with your team to buy out one or more members of a partnership.
